The Legal Talent Flexibility and Integration Manager will be responsible for monitoring programming that supports non-partner lateral hires and their integration into the Firm for all US offices at Norton Rose Fulbright. In particular, the Manager’s focus will be on spearheading efficiencies around the integration process while also creating opportunities for the lateral hires to integrate into Firm culture. The Manager will work with other members of the People & Development team to ensure these efforts are executed in a consistent manner across all offices, that they aim to improve consistency of workflow for new lawyers, and focus on maximizing engagement and connectivity.
