As a member of the Sheppard Mullin’s Talent Management Team, the Recruiting and Talent Management Assistant will support the East Coast offices on all aspects of the entry-level recruiting processes, including on-campus recruiting, and the summer associate program. Additional responsibilities include assistance with lateral recruiting from time to time, and Talent Management goals related to professional development and diversity and inclusion.
