SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Senior Attorney will provide legal and policy support for CTFK’s advocacy concerning FDA regulation of the tobacco industry under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (FSPTCA) and state and local tobacco control legislative efforts.  This will include development and participation in litigation related to FDA regulation and the defense of state and local tobacco control laws.  The incumbent will provide legal and policy guidance to CTFK staff as needed on federal, state and local issues.  The position is based in Washington, D.C. and reports to the Vice President for Legal and Regulatory Affairs.
