Overview This position will support the Director – Partner Recruiting and the Partner Recruiting Supervisor with the firm-wide recruitment of partner candidates in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
Responsibilities - Assist with the facilitation of the interviewing process for partner candidates from start to finish.
- Serve as the backup to the Partner Recruiting Assistant in the monitoring and recording of all partner candidate submissions and ensure candidate introductions follow established procedures and requirements.
- Assist the Partner Recruiting Supervisor in tracking and monitoring the status of all partner candidates throughout the recruiting and interviewing process.
- Work with the Partner Recruiting Supervisor to facilitate interviews with Firm management and existing Firm partners in the relevant practice groups of each office.
- Support the Director – Partner Recruiting and Partner Recruiting Supervisor with projects and the implementation of process improvements.

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or other related major.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal/law firm recruiting or other relevant experience.
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services firm desired.
