This position will support the Director – Partner Recruiting and the Partner Recruiting Supervisor with the firm-wide recruitment of partner candidates in accordance with established procedures and requirements.
Assist with the facilitation of the interviewing process for partner candidates from start to finish.
Serve as the backup to the Partner Recruiting Assistant in the monitoring and recording of all partner candidate submissions and ensure candidate introductions follow established procedures and requirements.
Assist the Partner Recruiting Supervisor in tracking and monitoring the status of all partner candidates throughout the recruiting and interviewing process.
Work with the Partner Recruiting Supervisor to facilitate interviews with Firm management and existing Firm partners in the relevant practice groups of each office.
Support the Director – Partner Recruiting and Partner Recruiting Supervisor with projects and the implementation of process improvements.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or other related major.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal/law firm recruiting or other relevant experience.
Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services firm desired.
