This position involves extensive legal writing and requires excellent writing skills. Preferred 3 years of experience. Experience in I601A waivers, U Visas, family-based green cards and Criminal immigration . Experience with NIW, O-1 visas, EB-1s and H1b visas and PERM is a plus.

Job duties include: Preparing Legal Briefs; Consultations in Spanish and English; Review cases and supervise paralegals; Review and edit web content/blogs; and Legal Research.
