Conflicts Attorney
In consultation with and under the supervision and direction of the Conflicts Counsel, the Conflicts Attorney, on a Firmwide basis, is primarily responsible for substantively reviewing and identifying and resolving all potential/actual conflicts associated with new client mandates, new matters for existing clients, prospective/preliminary conflicts search requests and lateral hire submissions. Additionally, the Conflicts Attorney will be required to assist, on a routine basis, in the substantive review of generated due diligence reports on new client parties with respect to new client engagements or co-client parties pertaining to new retentions for existing clients.
