Assistant County Attorney
The Scott County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of full time Assistant Scott County Attorney. Primary duties involve all aspects of trial work including daily court appearances, victim and witness interaction, and assisting law enforcement with investigations and charging of criminal cases. Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree and be licensed or eligible to practice law in the State of Iowa. Starting salary is $75,545 – $87,609, based upon experience. Top salary is currently $104,124 through annual step increases.
