Three years’ experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or similar environment

What will your day look like? The Career Opportunities Coordinator supports key elements of the firm’s external career opportunities strategy. The position requires a self-starter, with accomplished critical thinking skills, who can partner with marketing, business development, administrative and executive team members to achieve business objectives. The Coordinator manages the firm’s external career opportunities platform for lawyers, including relevant processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure that the platform remains a valuable firm resource. They serve as an ambassador for the external career opportunities strategy and platform, including related technology, people, processes, and best practices.
As the Career Opportunities Coordinator, you will identify and develop key internal and external relationships to support the external career opportunities platform and identify new career opportunities as directed by the Manager and Director TD&I. You will maintain oversight of the career-development resources library, including the jobs board, and will be responsible for data accuracy, data entry updates and revisions. You will execute processes, procedures, and workflows that ensure consistent and accurate daily data collection, entry, and processing and execute data imports and exports. You will identify trends, define relevant metrics, and produce analytical reports to support career-development initiatives.
You will provide day?to?day user support and trouble?shooting assistance and ensure the integrity of the data within the platform and compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations and policies. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team (marketing, IT, HR) to implement platform upgrades and enhancements, including tracking and reporting progress and assessing and delivering results. You will also develop subject-matter expertise on the scope and nature of internal and external data that could be leveraged to enhance the platform and related firm initiatives. You will assist the Manager and Director TD&I with creating reports and presentations to leadership. You will review and edit communications for internal communications, including gathering content for the alumni newsletter, and perform other duties and assignments in support of the Director Talent Development & Inclusion, Manager Career Development and special projects and daily activities of the firm.
