The Senior Legal Training and Development Coordinator provides administrative support for firmwide and practice-specific attorney training programs. The position also monitors and tracks CLE compliance for the firm’s lawyers and paralegals and serves as the firm’s viDesktop Learning Management System (LMS) administrator. This position can be based in any of our U.S. office locations.
Provide coordinator-level support for internal and external attorney training and development functions, including organizing firmwide logistics and assisting in content creation.
Assist with all logistical requirements for new associate and lateral associate onboarding and orientation training.
Provide logistical support for firmwide Fenwick University programming, including Fenwick University First Year, Fenwick University Summer, Fenwick University Mid-Level, Fenwick University Senior, and Fenwick University New Partner.
Develop evaluations and manage follow-up for internal training programs, including coordinating collection of feedback and analyzing it to identify needed improvements.
Provide administrative support for CLE programs
Ensure creation of CLE-compliant materials, agendas, sign-in sheets and/or certificates.
Update and maintain CLE content, including LMS library of CLE programs and offerings.
Update the firmwide training calendar to include all internal trainings.
Liaise with business development and practice groups to support and coordinate client and other external training offerings.

Reporting to the Director of Legal Training & Development, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a CLE or training role in a law firm or other professional services environment. California, Washington and New York State CLE knowledge preferred.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$74,000 - $98,750
The actual base salary offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
