The US Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is a broad cross functional role that holds a leadership role and responsibility for supporting the firm’s DEI strategy, both internally and externally. The role is designed to increase diversity and inclusion within the firm, act as external liaison and ambassador on inclusion, equity, and diversity to position the firm as a leader in DEI in the market and to connect, engage and support clients in the space.
