The Recruiting Manager is primarily responsible for managing the entry level and lateral recruiting efforts for the Firm’s Washington DC and New York offices. Primary Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the lateral associate hiring process, including developing and maintaining relationships with search firms, scheduling interviews and handling communication and coordination with Firm and Practice leadership. Plan and manage all aspects of the Washington, DC and New York summer associate programs. Work closely with Hiring Partners to execute recruiting strategy and candidate outreach efforts.
