Legal Talent Coordinator
Cozen O'Connor is seeking a full time Legal Talent Coordinator. The position will reside in Philadelphia, but assist with recruiting efforts for all offices. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience, preferably experience with law student recruiting. This position will report directly to Manager of Legal Talent and will also work closely with the Director of Legal Recruiting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for implementation of law student and lateral associate recruiting and hiring efforts.
