Fringe PD is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their growing team. The Specialist will play a key operational role, working closely with the executive and client service teams to drive organizational excellence. This is a fully remote position.

The Business Operations Specialist will play a critical role in managing the daily operations and administration of the organization. This role requires strong technology, project management skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Other responsibilities include the following: providing high-level, proactive support to the company; managing all technology systems and platforms; and supporting the Client Team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with experience in operations and administrative management. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated thoughtful and informed decision-making and confident leadership skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all roles within a remote environment are paramount. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills and a client-service focus.
ROLE:
Fringe Professional Development’s Business Operations Specialist is an exempt employee position within the company. The Business Operations Specialist collaborates with the executive team and client service team on general operations and daily administration of FPD with an eye towards growth and efficiency. The Business Operations Specialist holds key responsibilities across four areas of the organization. This position requires ownership of the key responsibilities below, strategic and critical thinking about the growth of the business, and commitment to the organization's mission.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
Full-time, exempt position.
Compensation: Up to 80 K
Hours responsibility: Standard business hours M-F 9 am - 6 pm EST
Supervisor: Managing Director, Rachael Bosch
KEY KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS ROLE:
Strong technical skills and adeptness at incorporating technology solutions into general business operations.
Client service and relationship management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Prior experience in people and project management.
Understanding of FPD’s core business and products.
Proficient in applications including Google Office Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft Office systems and comfort learning new online support systems.

To be considered for the position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience autonomously and seamlessly managing all aspects of business operations, preferably within a professional services environment. Required equivalent experience may be considered without the required bachelor's degree.
