Job Summary The Lateral Partner Recruiting Manager works with and supports various committees, departments, practice groups and firm leaders in executing a strategic approach to the lateral partner recruiting process. Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance with applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave.
