Frost Brown Todd LLP, a national law firm of 1000+ legal and business professionals in sixteen markets, is seeking an experienced Legal Recruiting Manager to join our firm. The Legal Recruiting Manager will directly support the firm’s recruitment efforts in identifying and onboarding legal talent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required due to the frequent collaboration and contact with internal and external agencies, student and lateral candidates, and firm leadership. This individual must have a positive, can-do professional demeanor as well as precise attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Leading summer program preparations, including orientation, mentor assignments, work assignments, and social outings.
Overseeing the preparation of on-campus recruiting schedules and packets for law schools.
Managing data entry of law student and attorney resumes, confirming the accuracy of online resume applications, and running reports as needed using viDesktop Recruiting Model.
Managing the posting and maintenance of open attorney positions; sourcing lateral attorneys in competitor markets to identify new talent; serving as primary point person to schedule all lateral & partner attorney interviews; and overseeing the preparation of decision letters for all non-partner attorney candidates post-interview.
Managing the lateral onboarding process including processing of background checks, conflicts, onboarding documents, overseeing the scheduling of orientation schedules, etc.
Identifying and leveraging technology tools to enhance the effectiveness of lateral recruiting and summer program efforts, including robust use of viRecruit.
Understanding the importance of and having the ability to implement recruiting DEI initiatives to cultivate a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Staying abreast of industry trends through professional reading, attending webinars and conferences, and developing/maintaining a professional network with peers at other firms.
Job Requirements:
College degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Law firm or comparable professional services firm experience.
Possess a high-level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Must be proficient utilizing various Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills including record keeping, data collection, and project management.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively by e-mail, telephone, and in person.
Must be able to travel to other FBT offices on a periodic basis.
