Fenwick is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator who will support the marketing department, specifically the operations function, and works closely with other professional staff departments within the firm. This position can be based in our Silicon Valley (CA), San Francisco (CA), Santa Monica (CA), Seattle (WA), or New York (NY) office locations. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide general support for department initiatives.
Prepare and coordinate meetings and presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides.
Draft and maintain attorney bio materials, including posting to the website.
Work with Sr. Manager to manage department budget, AmEx reconciliation, submit invoices and organize monthly spend.
Work with Sr. Manager to develop project management processes and related technologies.
Work with Sr. Manager to support internal events, trainings, and new hire onboarding.
Support with Marketo mailings and website publications when needed.
Coordinate attorney photography sessions; update website and files with new photos when needed.
Assist with maintenance of the firm’s CRM.
Manage, track, and order promotional marketing items as well as client gifts.
Assist in the organization of department projects and initiatives.
Assist department leadership with meeting organization, travel, and expenses.
Other duties may be assigned as needed and work demands.

Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize projects.
Ability to accurately edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, and interpret written information.
High level of accountability; consistently meeting agreed-upon commitments.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and reviewing materials with accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of individuals with demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Ability to quickly understand the service, culture, and strategy of the firm and its sectors/services.
Ability to work independently and within a team on ongoing and special projects.
High level of technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, a solid understanding of calendaring requirements, and the ability to perform clerical, organizational, and administrative duties in a professional services environment. Incredibly strong attention to detail required. Bachelor's degree required.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$66,000 - $87,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
