Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job
- 3 years+ of progressive HR experience in a professional services environment. Law firm experience highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of software tools such as PeopleSoft and iManage a plus; experience with similar database tools for applicant tracking (iCIMS) HR information a plus; proficiency with MS Office Suite applications including Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Proficiency in virtual platforms such as WebEx and Zoom

Mayer Brown currently follows a hybrid schedule, generally three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working from home each week.
