Position OverviewThe Inclusion & Diversity Manager - US (“I&D Manager – US”) is responsible for managing and executing strategic initiatives and the successful delivery of projects and activities relating to inclusion and diversity in the US offices of the Firm and will work with the Director of Inclusion & Diversity to manage and deliver Firmwide initiatives. The I&D Manager - US will support the Director of Inclusion & Diversity in working with Firm and office leadership, the Global Inclusion and Diversity Board, partner champions, affinity groups, and dedicated inclusion & diversity task-groups to diversify the make-up of all BCLP constituents and develop a more inclusive culture.  The  I&D Manager - US will also support the Firm’s I&D strategy externally, both
