Downtown Charleston boutique law firm is seeking an experienced defense litigation paralegal to assist attorneys in products liability and toxic tort litigation. The ideal candidate will have lead paralegal experience, including case preparation from beginning to end, document production, and courtroom experience at hearings and trials.  Direct experience with computing and calendaring deadlines.  Responsibilities will include performing a broad range of substantive paralegal work, working directly with attorneys and clients on product liability and toxic tort litigation: Participating in strategy meetings and implementing strategy. Calculating and tracking deadlines and communicating progress/status/issues to attorneys. Preparing deposition and hea
