The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will support/oversee the Finance, Technology, Administration, Human Resources, Facilities and Office Management functions of the Firm. Must effectively communicate with professionals and staff, lead and direct, analyze and problem-solve, manage and resolve conflict. Overall responsibilities extend from day-to-day business issues to longer term issues and strategic planning.

The successful candidate should have significant experience in a financial or top administrative role in a professional services firm and be comfortable working in a law firm environment. A professional accounting designation (CPA), MBA or equivalent work experience is preferred for this position.
