Kirkland and Ellis LLP is seeking an Instructional Designer & Strategist to join our Learning & Development function for our global firm. The primary focus of this role is to support the Firmwide members of Kirkland’s Business Support Services (or “staff”). As a member of the Firmwide Legal Recruiting and Development Department (“LRD”) and reporting to the Firmwide Director of Legal Education, this Instructional Designer & Strategist will be a principal architect responsible for the design and development, curriculum organization, delivery, and evaluation of new and existing learning programs.
