Overview Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Director is located in California and is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and policies that promote the Firm’s overall diversity, equity, and inclusion goals and the specific goals of the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Sidley Women, and the Firm’s affinity groups (the Firm’s affinity groups, together, with the DEI Committee, and SW, the ”Diversity Infrastructure”).
