Manager of Attorney Talent
The Manager of Attorney Talent oversees various aspects of the attorney experience and life cycle and supports people initiatives and the career development of our attorneys across the Americas. The Manager actively coaches’ individuals and consults with leadership on strategies for the retention and development of our people. The Manager will report into and work with the Director, Attorney Talent – Americas and work with the broader Attorney Talent team. The Manager will provide additional support to the HR Practice Leads, Practice Group Leaders (PGLs), and Practice Area Leaders (PALs) and will coordinate with the Global People Business Services teams to ensure consistency in the Americas and globally.
