Our Practice Management department has an opening for a Public Companies, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Practice Support Lawyer (“PSL”) who will be responsible for managing and drafting internal and external thought leadership content, creating, distributing, and managing model documents and forms, curating and organizing content and knowledge resources for these practice areas, and preparing and presenting training materials, each as described more fully below.
