Overview Serves the firm as a trusted advisor by fulfilling the activities related to the recruiting and hiring of lateral associate attorneys including managing relationships with legal search firms, reviewing, and indexing candidate submissions, scheduling interviews and leading onboarding efforts. This role collaborates with and supports the Director of Lateral Associate Recruiting and the Lateral Associate Recruiting Manager in their efforts to develop and implement effective, strategic approaches to lateral associate recruiting across all U.S. offices.
