Summary Brown Rudnick’s People team is made up of over twenty business professionals who have built their careers on enhancing the careers of others.  They drive recruitment, development, engagement, and retention at all levels, fostering internal and external relationships to build the Firm’s brand and attract top talent.  The Associate Recruitment and Sourcing Manager will join the People team and will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment and sourcing of talented lateral attorneys for our offices in both the US and the UK. The ideal Manager will have at least five years of attorney recruiting experience in a national or international law firm. With the support of the Legal Recruitment Specialist, the Manager will lead a proactive recruitm
