Attorney Development & Legal Recruitment Specialist
The Attorney Development & Legal Recruitment (ADR) Specialist will work closely with the Chief Attorney Development and Inclusion Officer and the Director of Legal Recruitment and is responsible for all aspects of attorney development and legal recruitment initiatives including first year associate orientation programs, mentoring, evaluations, compensation, department specific training, firm-wide training, diversity initiatives and general attorney policies and recruitment of summer associates, entry level and lateral lawyers. Essential Functions: Attorney Development & Training Direct attorneys to resources within the Firm to help resolve concerns or issues and coordinate available resources to find solutions.
