Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has an opening for a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Manager. Working closely with, and reporting to, the Firm’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion officer, the successful candidate will support the Firm’s goals of creating and maintaining a fully inclusive and integrated community for the Firm’s attorneys and staff professionals. The D&I Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Budget and Data Analytics; Surveys Monitor and track the D&I budget. Manage data and analytics on D&I metrics, including partnering with the legal personnel, finance and marketing teams to respond to RFPs and surveys. Oversee Mansfield Certification and similar processes, including tracking and submissions.
