Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to independently manage a caseload of diverse nonimmigrant and immigrant visas under the supervision of the Partner.  The paralegal will be responsible for full-lifecycle case preparation, including soliciting and reviewing information and documentation required for the visa petitions; developing case strategy in conversation with the attorney; drafting the required forms and support letters; assembling petitions for filing with government agencies; and preparing responses to requests for evidence, as needed. This client-facing role involves extensive communication with clients, primarily by e-mail, including foreign nationals and human resources/hiring managers. Responsibilities:
