Legal Recruiter - Part-time/Remote
Cozen O’Connor is seeking a part time legal recruiter to assist with its diversity and inclusion initiatives.  The position will be responsible for the sourcing and direct outreach to lawyers at all levels with a focus on diverse candidates.  The position is anticipated to be 10-15 hours per week with the option of being fully remote with a flexible schedule.    Responsibilities: Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates Outreach to prospective candidates to build a pipeline of candidates to meet the firm’s current and future needs Evaluate candidate strengths by screening and interviewing candidates Draft candidate summaries for presentation to practice groups Work with the firm’s internal tracking sy
