Job Description:   The Immigration Attorney will coordinate with staff, including other immigration attorneys and paralegals, to represent clients in various forms of immigration matters, including, but not limited to, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Asylum/Withholding of Removal/CAT, and Cancellation of Removal. These matters may fall under the jurisdiction of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS"), the Executive Office of Immigration Review ("EOIR"), Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") or Family Courts involving minors applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.   Case Work Responsibilities   Prepare and Fil
