Position Overview The Learning & Development Manager works with the Associate Director of Learning & Development, the Senior Director of Talent, the Chief Talent Officer, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, and various attorneys to develop and implement the firm’s core legal skills training, including new associate training, and practice specific trainings; oversees and evaluates the Sr. Learning & Development Specialist; designs and instructions content; manages the execution of various associate workshops; assists in the design and delivery of firmwide professional skills training programs.
