Experience should include drafting motions AND attending Master Calendar Hearings. Great case management, outstanding legal research skills and excellent writing ability especially for waivers including l-601, l-601A, I -212s, etc. Briefs and Memos. Basic or intermediate family-based immigration experience needed. Partnership opportunity available especially to attorneys with existing clientele. Spanish fluency a great plus.
