HL Learn provides professional development programming for the firm’s attorneys and business services personnel. The Learning and Development Coordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the team to execute comprehensive training for lawyers and/or business services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide project management, coordination, and administrative support for HL Learn programs to ensure the program runs smoothly from start to finish. Programs may range in duration from 60 minutes to multiple weeks; Most of these take place in our Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include:
