The Director of Professional Development will serve in a key firmwide leadership role and will have responsibility for the strategic design and implementation of the firm’s professional development and training programs. This highly visible role is responsible for leading all aspects of the professional development function, including training and talent development processes and professional development initiatives for all attorneys and business professionals.
