The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) will partner with Firm leadership and the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (CDEIO) to develop and implement a firm-wide DEI strategy. The strategy includes initiatives and programs focused on the recruitment, development, advancement, and retention of diverse attorneys. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer may assign other duties as needed to meet departmental goals; however, this position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Manage new DEI programs designed to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent and foster inclusivity;
